| Beer contains ca. 40 mineral compounds which provide us with energy. The content of vitamins is high: 1 liter of beer provides ca. 200 mg of different vitamins, like B6 (35% the daily dose), B2 (20%), niacin (65 %) as well as A, D, E and H vitamins.
