Quality of Obolon products is examined in its three laboratories. Well co-ordinated work of these three departments guarantees stability of taste and physico-chemical properties of products.

Days of quality at Obolon

One of the main components of quality control management at the plant is a Quality Control Day taking place once a month at all departments of the plant. The program of Quality Day is developed by the standing Quality Committee, headed by Production Manager.
