Obolon brewery was originally set up and launched by Czech specialists. Since then Obolon holds to the Czech brewing tradition and looks to the future, modernizing its facilities.  

Light beer tanks (der Zylinderkonische Tank - ZKT)

In modern brewing technologies ZKTs play the leading role on the stage of wort fermentation and its further maturation. These huge vessels are not simple storage tanks. They are complex machines inside, have thousands of sensors and are able to withstand immense pressure of fermenting beer.
